In these day's of job losses rising up, a demand for the new job CPEO (Chief Patient Experience officer) has been substantially rising in medical field.
As the success mantra for most of the top corporate hospitals been have better treatment to the patients , attentive services and response time for patients query.
Most of the patients claims the "betterness" from the corporate hospitals has been categorized seperately for few selected sections of the people. Although most of them can afford the hospital fees but compromising in the services has always been a hobby for most of them.
Here comes the CPEO (Chief Patient Experience officer), who are hired seperately or from the existing work force of the institutions, who's primary responsibility is to improve patient communication. Although sub-staff are engaged in providing the necessary care to the patient ,any questions /clarifications can be directly reported to CPEO ,who in turn escalates to the chief in-charge of the hospital.
The efficency of CPEOs are measured with the grades give by the patients on the card provided by the hospitals.
with new job coming in its a win-win situation for both the hospitals and patients who are engaged in better services-better treatments.
