Shareholders. A separate discount voucher form is available for the shareholders ,where they are asked to fill up the basic details of their holdings and name particulars.
On filling the same, a discount voucher is generated. The respective shareholder has to visit the hospital with the discount voucher for availing the health check-ups at the Kokilaben Hospital, Mumbai.
